Join us for Family Flicks Fridays where we'll watch a movie and have take home activities available! Feel free to bring blankets to make a comfy sitting spot, and your favorite movie treats! Event is on a first come first serve basis.

Tales with Tails: Read to a Therapy Animal

When: Saturday, March 07, 2026 - 10:15 AM - 12:00 PM
Where: Perry Branch

Tales with Tails pairs young readers, ages 5-12, with certified therapy animals to improve kids' reading skills and fluency. Animals will be available from 10:30 to 12 noon for 15 minute time slots. Readers can sign up for a slot starting at 10:00. Availability is first come, first served and space is limited.

Toddler Storytime

4 Peaks Kids is calling all engineers ages 6-11! Maricopa County Animal Care & Control Adoption Event

Whether you’re looking to find a new best friend or just want to support your local shelter, there’s something for every dog lover. Visit the Mobile Adoption Bus in the parking lot to meet adorable, adoptable dogs looking for their forever homes.

Read to Critters

Pup Portraits for a Purpose

Every dog has a story - help us tell it! Join us to paint a portrait of a local shelter dog at Maricopa County Animal Control.
