In this event: Better physical health = better emotional health. We will discuss the importance of getting enough sleep, and ways to improve sleep, what a healthy diet includes and what foods to reduce, getting enough fluids and ways to get more, the importance of exercise, how much is needed and what is optimal, ways to reduce stress, exploring several coping tools to use, including progressive muscle relaxation, grounding, and visualization. Some research in the area will be reviewed..
