 The University of Arizona's Cooperative Extension invites you to participate in a series of six 1-hour weekly nutrition classes on the following topics:
• My Plate
• Key Nutrients
• Reading Food Labels
• Sugar and Fiber
• Calories and Fat
• Osteoporosis Prevention
Course certificates will be awarded to those who successfully complete this series. There is no cost to participate.
