 Arouna Diarra, originally from Burkina Faso, West Africa, is an accomplished n’goni & balafon player. Performing tradition songs reflecting topics of building love for one another, Arouna & Zaza sing with spirit, and great joy in their native language, Bambara. You will not want to miss this unique and captivating folk music performance!

Seating is limited and REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS - children and adults.

*IMPORTANT* On the day of the event, please meet at the front of the youth area near the alligator beginning at 10:00am to be checked in and receive your tickets. Customers are then asked to wait in the youth services area until they are prompted by library staff to enter the program; please DO NOT go straight to the Shakespeare Room. Thank you!
