 Make a splash with a cool mermaid tail necklace. We'll provide the basic supplies & an instruction video. You make it and show off your new accomplishment. For ages 8 to 18.

1. Register for the program
2. Stop by the North Valley Regional Library starting June 18th to pick up the supplies & video link.
3. Watch the video at home & make your craft.
4. Show off your handiwork. Ta da
