Dignity Health offers free hearing screenings for children ages 0-18 and free vision screenings for children ages 3-18. There is no qualifying criteria, and no appointment necessary. Parents must fill out a consent form to conduct the screening. Dignity Health will review results and suggest follow up measures.

Slots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
