Fight Like A Girl is the Rising Phoenix Martial Arts women’s self-defense program. Women will learn many aspects of self-defense from mental aspects, to learning Valuable drills and self-techniques.
This program places emphasis on self-awareness, and focuses on techniques that allow a smaller/weaker person to successfully protect themselves from a bigger stronger attacker. Registration required.
