This registration form is ONLY for children of couples that have CONFIRMED registration for “Date Night, Paint Night” at the North Valley Regional Library on Friday, May 12th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. Couples must register first. Afterwards, please fill out the below registration form for EACH participating child.

Library staff would be happy to entertain your little ones (ages 5+) with a kid-friendly movie screening and activities in a separate room. Co-sponsored by the Friends of the North Valley Library. For movie title, please call or visit the library customer service desk.
