 TODAY: COME AND LIP SYNC OR WATCH OTHERS PARTICIPATE!!! Is there another event you were thinking would be fun for teens here at North Valley Regional Library? Participate in Teen Council and let us know your thoughts! Registration is not required but encouraged for planning purposes – including snacks :) This program is sponsored by the New Friends of the North Valley Regional Library.
