If you are an aspiring artist or writer and want to share your creativity with others, stop in at the library anytime from September 15th through October 15th and let your creative voice be heard. Choose one of the prompts posted in the teen area (or combine several together!) and create something…a comic strip, a sketch, a short story, an essay, whatever medium you prefer…that describes your feelings on your chosen prompt. Then submit your piece to be featured in our Young Voices on Censorship publication! Submissions can be made either in person or via email to heathernelsen@mcldaz.org. Please submit your work by October 15th to be featured. Must be between the ages of 12 to 18 to participate.
