Description:
 Pick up a kit at the White Tank Library and decorate a Halloween trick or treat bag in less than 10 minutes! Basic "kit" includes: Instructions, 1 tote bag, "Glowing" eyes and mouth pattern. 24 kits available. 1 kit per family. Registration is required. Email Gail Ellis at gailellis@mcldaz.org to register!
