 Bake bread for science! Create your own sourdough starter by mixing flour and water, and then track the growth of your “microbial garden”. Together we can help solve the mystery of sourdough by comparing the growth of microbes in different types of flour, and how they effect taste and texture. Adults, teens, and families will have fun baking while contributing to scientific research.
