Mark Carter Science presents Wow! Science 6 - Centripetal Force: Spinning In Total Control! Centripetal force is what keeps the moon in orbit around the earth and also keeps a tetherball in play. Join Mark as he demonstrates balancing a coin on a hanger while spinning it in circles, or creating spooky sounds with a balloon and a hex nut. This fun interactive program includes lots of audience participation. The program will be in the El Mirage Senior Center so we will have lots of room to spin and twirl!
