 Laughter Yoga increases happiness and strengthens the immune system, reduces pain and lowers stress. It is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter without relaying in humor. Laughter is initially simulated or faked as a physical exercise, while maintaining eye contact with others in the group and promoting childlike playfulness. It combines simulated laughter exercises with gentle breathing techniques. These class is suggested for adults and teenagers, no kids please. Bring a mat.
