Marga is an innovative business consulting executive with 20 years of consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies. Her experience includes positions as Senior Manager with Accenture Consulting’s Talent and Organization practice, consulting practice leader with HP Enterprise (where she developed and grew HP Enterprise’s organizational change consulting practice by 300% in just two years) and a decade with Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital consulting practice. Marga has provided C-suite advisement and program leadership across Fortune 100 companies covering multiple industries, organizational scale and geographies and has been recognized as an expert in the organizational change consulting space. She has lectured widely and acted as a judge in USC Marshall’s MBA program International Case Competition.

She has developed intellectual property and white papers, new tools, programs, and practices. Her experience is also deep in SAP® implementations, mergers and acquisitions, divestures, business process, and performance improvement projects. She was also a member of the TQM/SPC team implementing new business processes at General Dynamics Space Systems. She is currently working as a senior advisor for an international consulting firm (10eqs) that is known for working in new and innovative ways using independent consultants from around the globe.

Prior to her consulting career, Marga was an aviation editor and author, having authored over 250+ aviation-related articles and co-authored the first book on the history of the US Navy’s fabled Blue Angels flight demonstration team. She was the Managing Editor at Private Pilot magazine and In Flight USA (an aviation industry magazine). She is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California.
