Introduction to Yoga

Description:
 Spend part of your Saturday morning learning and practicing the basics of yoga. Part of August's Health and Wellness month, a certified yoga instructor will lead a 45 minute introductory class. Class is first come, first served. Limit of 40 participants. Ages 10 and up.
