 The bagpipes bring to mind the folklore and culture of Scotland. Join us as two pipers from the Phoenix Pipe Band play the bagpipes and discuss the history of this fascinating instrument! Seating begins 15 minutes before the program starts. Limit 100. Sponsored by the Sun Lakes Friends of the Library.
