Description:
 The word Nidra means sleep; Yoga means integration. Therefore, Yoga Nidra takes practitioners into a deep experience of integrated relaxed awareness.

Possible benefits:
It induces deep relaxation at all levels of the physical, mental and emotional boundaries.
Strengthens the immune system.
Can remove stress and relax the nervous system.
Yoga Nidra acts both as a preventive and curative therapy in the first three stages of stress-related diseases.
Reduction in chronic pain.
One hour of Yoga Nidra can be equivalent to four hours of a restful nights sleep.

You may attend one session or the entire series! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and bottle of water to class. No children please. Classes are free of charge.
