Can remove stress and relax the nervous system. Yoga Nidra acts both as a preventive and curative therapy in the first three stages of stress-related diseases. Reduction in chronic pain. One hour of Yoga Nidra can be equivalent to four hours of a restful nights sleep. You may attend one session or the entire series!
