Description:
 Arizona Rick, the Balloon Cowboy will teach basic balloon twisting skills in a fun and understandable class. Each child will learn how to make 3-4 basic balloon sculptures and will finish off the class by creating a crazy piece of their own. Anything the child creates is theirs to keep and take home! In the Bell Recreation Center Social Hall.
