Is your child struggling with reading and communication skills? The library offers a quiet and safe place to read to a licensed therapy dog. Research shows that reading to dogs can not only boost reading fluency, but can increase confidence and improve social skills. Each child will spend 15 minutes per session reading with the therapy dog. For children ages 5 and up.
