 Teens! Perry Library is hosting its Third Annual Teen Cupcake Design Wars. First 24 teens will be able to make a cupcake to enter the contest/ eat their cupcake! All materials are provided. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes. In the PROGRAMMING ROOM @ 2:30 pm
