 Methods used by police officers today are not the same as in the past. Sometimes, police are using military tools and tactics for law enforcement. Are the police protecting the public, or are they over-policing civilians? Is there a "war on police" that is chilling local law enforcement. Join us for a FRANK talk with a local police officer and ASU professor Michael Scott.
